Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus
directing the trial court to expedite and conclude the suit no.7 of
1990. A perusal of order sheet indicate that issue could be framed
only in the year 2009. When the issues have been framed in the
year 1990 we issue no direction at this stage. However, the suit
being old one it is always open for the petitioner to request the
court below to decide the same expeditiously.

The writ petition is dismissed.
