J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a Graduate in Bachelor of Science and
Bachelor of Education, an integrated B.Sc. Ed. Course conducted by the
NCERT in Mysore University. The course has a duration of four years. It is
stated that the petitioner has Post Graduate Degree in Physics as well.
Petitioner applied for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior)
-Physics, pursuant to the notification issued by the Kerala Public Service
Commission. She appeared for the written test and was called for the interview.
The petitioner participated in the interview. She is not included in the rank list on
the ground that B.Sc. Ed. Degree is not a sufficient qualification.
2. I have disposed of W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and
connected cases as per judgment dated 7.8.2008. The same findings and
directions as contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.33078 of 2007 and
connected cases should follow in this case also.
