ORDER
Petitioner who is the complainant in M.C. 47 of 2010 on
the file of the J.F.C.M. III, Thrissur filed under Sec. 12 and 20
the the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005,
seeks a direction to the Magistrate to dispose of M.C. 47 of
2010 expeditiously.
2. This Court had called upon the Magistrate to explain
as to why no interlocutory order was passed in the matter. The
Magistrate has explained as per letter dated 31-5-2010 that the
application was taken on file by his predecessor-in-office and the
case was posted for counter and after the learned Magistrate
took charge of the office on 17-5-2010 the case had been
posted to 4-6-2010 and that the whole case will be disposed by
15-6-2010. This, I believe, will allay the fears of the petitioner.
This M.C. is accordingly disposed of directing the Magistrate to
dispose of M.C. 47 of 2010 expeditiously at any rate on or
before 15-6-2010.
