2 23.2.2011 The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they are

not being able to receive the compensation amount as the matter is

pending under Section 3G of the National Highway Act. It is

submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although the Government

has appointed the Additional Collector as an arbitrator, the post of

the Additional Collector is vacant at Madhubani.

Counsel for the State may seek instructions within a

period of three weeks with respect to filling up the vacant post of

the Additional Collector at Madhubani.

List this case after three weeks.
