By this application, applicant sought the permission to become a
party in the present writ petition. The applicant has already
challenged the selection procedure conducted by the petitioner for
the post of junior clerk, in Writ Petition No.54654 of 2004 pending
at Allahabad High Court. In this writ petition, Sri S.B.Singh, the
Principal of Govt. I.T.I.,Katra, Allahabad, has challenged his
suspension order. It is submitted that the suspension has been
directed on the grounds of alleged irregularities, which are subject
matter of the writ petition filed by the applicant.
We do not find that the applicant is a necessary or proper party to
this writ petition filed against the suspension order. The petitioner
may pursue the writ petition filed by him at Allahabad, in
accordance with law, independently.
The impleadment application is accordingly rejected.
