Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The matter relates to appointment of Shiksha Mitra for the year 2006.
Petitioner submits that nobody has been given appointment. Admittedly
appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra is only for a period of one year.
Therefore, on the basis of some select list or merit list of 2006, no
appointment has been made.
In such circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is hereby dismissed, however, without imposing any cosrt.
Anyhow, when fresh advertisement is being made relating to appointment
where petitioner is residing, petitioner can make an application to that effect
and his candidature will be considered accordingly.
