Sri J.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the
applicant may be permitted to file an application seeking
clarification/modification in the judgment of the writ court dated 10.8.2009
passed in Writ Petition No.5885 of 2000. In the opinion of the Court no
permission is required. It is always open to the litigants to apply for any
clarification/modification of an order passed.

As prayed list after one month. In the meantime the applicant, if so advised,
may apply for clarification/modification of the judgment of the writ court.

Personal appearance of the opposite party is exempted till further orders.
