Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the
order dated 14.01.12010 passed by respondent no. 2, Secretary,
Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, U.P. Allahabad rejecting his application
seeking correction in the date of birth on the ground that it was highly
belated.
Admittedly, the petitioner passed high school in the year 1964 and his
date of birth in the high school certificate was recorded as 01.01.1945.
The petitioner also obtained services as Clerk in State Government
services and after 35 years, he wants correction in the date of birth.
In view of above, such a highly belated application has rightly been
rejected. The impugned order does not call for any interference by this
Court.
The writ petition, accordingly, fails and stands dismissed.
