The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of appeal No.154 of 2009,
pending consideration before the opposite party No.1. I am informed that the
record of the case has already been placed before the appellate authority,
therefore, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the
opposite party No.1 to proceed with the appeal and decide the same after
providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, say within two
months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of
finally.
