Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

Six weeks time is allowed to the respondents to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder Affidavit be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.

As per Sri Rajiv Lochan Shukla, counsel for the petitioner, the certificates and
degrees regarding educational qualification of opposite party No.5 appears to
be not genuine or fabricated. He has pointed out that several infirmities in the
documents, which were produced by the opposite party No.5 before the
Selection Board. The matter appears to be serious. The petitioner is working
as Acting Principal since 2007. The petitioner has been continuing since 2007
and his work, conduct and performance is satisfactory.

Till further orders of the Court, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue as
acting Principal of the institution in question.
