As per direction of this court the officers concerned are present in the court.

Short counter affidavits filed on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 2 have been
brought on record, whereby the order passed on 18th of May, 2010 by the
Incharge Inspector General of Police, P.C.T., Unnao, has been brought on
record, which shows that the petitioner has been reinstated in service in terms
of order passed in Special Appeal No.340 of 1999 (SB).

Considering the same I am satisfied with the action of the opposite parties,
therefore, I hereby dismiss the contempt petition and discharge the notices
issued to the opposite parties.
