This petition is of the year 1990 and the petition has not been admitted up till
now. The petitioner must have retired by now and only a short period of
promotional benefits have been prayed for. Therefore, this Court is not
inclined to interfere into the matter at this stage.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
