28. 24.08.2011 Petitioner Shiv Narayan Yadav accused in

Banmankhi P.S. Case No.32 of 2002 is absconder.

Effort to trace him has reached a dead end in the light

of the report of Sri Binay Kumar, Officer-in-charge,

Banmankhi police station and Sri Binay Pal, Officer-

in-charge of Jankinagar police station as per their

report dated 4/7.4.2011, which is annexed as

Annexures-A and B to the supplementary counter

affidavit filed by Sri Shankar Jha, C.D.P.O., Baisi.

In the light of the aforesaid two report and

the supplementary counter affidavit filed by Sri

Shankar Jha, C.D.P.O., Baisi dated 23.08.2011 in

Court today, the proceedings of this Criminal

Miscellaneous application is closed.
