09. 20.10.2011. According to the office note dated
19.10.2011 in spite of repeated letters and
reminders, the lower Court records have not been
sent by the Court concerned as a result of which
the hearing of this appeal has been withheld.
Write an express reminder to the Court
below for sending the lower Court records
immediately and also to submit a report as to why
the L.C.R. is not being sent. A copy of this order
also be sent to the Court below and copy of the
letter along with order may also be sent to the
District Judge concerned who will ensure the
compliance of this order. The Court concerned
must file the report, if lower Court record is not
sent within two weeks after receipt of a copy of
this order.
