Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

A Sub-Inspector has submitted that he has heart ailment and as such he wants
his transfer to District Aligarh, Hathras, Etah from Moradabad District.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already
made a representation to the D.I.G., Police Head Quarter, Allahabad on
3.2.2010 (Annexure 4 to the writ petition) which is pending disposal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the observations that the
petitioner may pursue his representation and the concerned authority shall
consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order
expeditiously in accordance with law.
