2 19.11.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

respondent State as also the Accountant General.

The grievance of the petitioner is that upon his

superannuation on 31st of January 2001 from the post of

Village Level Worker (V.L.W) under the respondent no. 6,

however, all retiral dues has not been fully paid besides

the some difference of arrears of salary on account of

revision of pay scale, consequently the arrears of the

pension has also remained to be settled.

After some argument, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the

grievances, petitioner proposes to represent his grievances

before the respondent no. 6 with a copy to respondent nos.

3 and 5. In view of the above, in case such representation

stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner

within a period of four weeks along with the certified copy

of the present order as also the copy of the relevant

documents, if any, in support of the claim, the grievance
of the petitioner be considered in accordance with law

expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months on

receipt of such representation so that the grievances of the

petitioner may be settled without delay and the admitted

dues, if any, may also be paid along with interest

permissible under the rules.

The writ application stands disposed of with the

above observations/directions.
