                                         -----------

2 01/07/2011 Petitioner was one of the applicants against

Advertisement No. 1/06. His failure to make it to the

select list has now compelled him to file this writ

application alleging many a things including the way his

so called copy has been marked as well as the marks

which have been given to him by the respondent Bihar

Public Service Commission.

Petitioner applied under Right to Information Act

seeking break up of marks against every question which

was provided and now he is trying to make out a case

that the marks have been given to the questions which he

did not attempt or may be the marks not given to the

questions which he attempted.

These are wild allegation not based on any
-2-

material as such. It is not the business of the Court to

scrutinize copies of such a candidate and go through their

answer sheet only because a person wants to say what he

feels like on the issue.

The Court will further not delve into the matter

for another reason because no regulation of such kind

permits such re-appraisal. In addition to that, exercise of

recruitment is way over as the matter relates to the year

2006. No purpose will be served by re-opening the issue

at this stage.

With the above observation, this writ application

is dismissed.
