revisionists to press this revision.

Heard learned AGA and perused the record.

This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 11.4.1985
passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Rampur in Cr. Appeal No. 117 of 1984,
whereby the appeal of the revisionist has been dismissed and the judgment
and order dated 11.7.84 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Special Court No. 3
Rampur in case no. 441 of 83 was upheld.

I have gone through the judgment and order passed by the courts below and
found no illegality or irregularity therein. Thus no interference is required.
Consequently this revision lacks merit and is dismissed.
