The petitioners are not named in the FIR and as regards

the commission of murder, the only circumstance which has been

indicated against the petitioners was that they were seen with the

deceased two and half years prior to the occurrence, considering

which, let petitioners Shivan Mukhia and Jilebi Mukhia be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/ (ten thousand) each

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Additional Sessions Judge FTC IV, Supaul in Pratapganj P.S. Case

no. 12 of 2010 (S.T. No. 340 of 2010).
