04. 19.10.2011 In spite of the order of the High Court arrears of
salary of these petitioners have not been paid on account of
paucity of fund with the employer Bank. From the show cause
filed on behalf of the Bank, itself it appears that Managing
Director of the Bank informed the Special Officer of the Co-
operative Department under letter no.1361 dated 18.5.2011
Annexure-B to the said show cause that recovery in the Bank
has picked up during the financial year 2011-12 exceeding Rs.1
crore per month.
In view of the better recovery, let the Managing
Director of the Bank inform this Court on 21.10.2011 about the
time within which arrears of salary of these petitioners shall be
paid.
