dated 10.03.2010 case diary in Saraiya P.S.

Case No.135 of 2009 had been called for from

the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur together with the

antecedent report of the petitioner. The

office reports that though the antecedent

report has been received and placed at flag-A

but the case diary has not been received.

Issue reminder to the Court concerned

to forward the case diary of the case in

compliance of the order dated 10.3.2010.
