this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. However, Sri Md. Eqbal

Asif Neyazi , learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader no.4 submits that during the

pendency of the present writ petition, relief sought for by the petitioner

have already been redressed, which is evident from the counter affidavit

filed on behalf of Respondent no.4 and counter affidavit filed on behalf of

Respondent nos. 2 and 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
