02. 12.07.2010. Having heard counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the

Bihar State Electricity Board, I direct the Presiding Officer, Labour Court,

Muzaffarpur to dispose of Reference Case No.10 of 1992 as early as possible,

in any case within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

this order before the Presiding Officer.

With the aforesaid direction the writ application is disposed of.
