03. 21.9.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

counsel for the Central Board of Secondary Education.

In a similar bunch of matters, this Court had set up a

Committee to enquire into the allegations made with regard to

the marking which came to be awarded by the CBSE in the 12 th

Board Examination. Since the Committee in its report did not

point out any major infirmity with the exercise carried out by the

CBSE, those batch of writ applications have been dismissed as

not maintainable, not worthy of further investigation or enquiry.

Since the present matters are covered by the same set

of fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain these writ

applications on this score.

All these writ applications are dismissed.
