This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the
order dated 12.08.2009 by means of which the application under Section 239
Cr.P.C. has been rejected. It was challenged before the lower revisional court
but the revision too was dismissed on 04.01.2010.

Let counter affidavit be filed within a week. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may
be filed within three days thereafter.
