Mr.Patel, learned advocate for the petitioners.

It
is contended that now with the change in curriculum and the system,
standard 8th
is placed under the control and direction of Director of Primary
Education, and, that therefore the District Education Officer has no
authority or jurisdiction to pass such order.

Learned
Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that instructions as
regards the said contention are required.

Hence,
stand over to 11 th
May, 2011.
