FACTS
:
By his letter of 27.12.2008, the appellant had sought information about
payment of his Provident Fund dues. As he did not receive the requisite
information, he has filed the present appeal before the Commission.
2. Heard on 31.8.2009. Appellant not present. The public authority is
represented by the officer named above. It is the submission of Ms. Behal that an
amount of Rs. 7967/- was sent to the appellant by cheque which has been
encashed by him on 29.1.2009. She would also submit that another amount of
Rs. 1836/- has also sent to him.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed.
4. However, if the appellant has any grievance regarding his PF account, he
is advised to get in touch with Ms. Behal.
