FACTS:-
Shri Atul Suri has filed the present Appeal before this Commission. The matter
was heard on 06/02/2009. Perusal of the Commission's file, however, indicates that there
is Appellant's letter dated 27/08/2008, addressed to Chief Engineer, PWD, but there is no
indication therein as to what information has been sought from him. Shri Suri would
submit that, perhaps, relevant papers have not been filed in the Commission's file.
2. Be it as it may, a copy of his letter of 20/08/2008 is taken on record in which Shri
Suri has sought information in regard to the following two Agreements:-
(i) Agreement No.51/EE/PWD/PDIV/2006-07; and
(ii) Agreement No.6/EE/PWDM-113/2007-08.
3. It is the submission of Shri Suri that he requires information in regard to the
above two Agreements on 33 points. However, on Commission's suggestion, Shri Suri
has curtailed his request to the following two points, namely, point No.23 and point
No.31. These are reproduced below:-
"Point No.23:- Time taken by AE for submission of a completion certificate in the
division office, after the completion of work.
...................................................................................................
……………………………………………………………………………………..”
Point No.31:- Supply certified copies of the following record pertaining to the
work mentioned as (a)&(b) above:
(a) Hindrance Register
(b) Cement Register
(c) Final Bills
(d) Copies of MBs containing measurements of Steel
Reinforcement
(e) Copies of MBs showing review note as a token of test
check done by the AE & EE."
4. Shri S. Prasad would submit that he has no objection in providing the above
mentioned information to the Appellant.

DECISION
5. In view of the above, Shri I.D. Yadav, Executive Engineer, PWD, M-113, Delhi,
is hereby directed to furnish the aforesaid information to the Appellant in three weeks
time. Further, he is also directed to allow inspection of the relevant records by the
Appellant, on a mutually convenient date.
6. The matter is decided accordingly.
