FACTS

By his letter of 01/09/2008, the complainant had sought certain information from
CPIO.
2. The matter was heard on 20/03/2009. The complainant did not appear before the
Commission and sent a fax message dated 17/03/2009. The Public Authority is
represented by the officers named above. It is the submission of Ms. Deepika Kachal
that the point-wise information has been sent to the complainant vide letter dated
19/03/2009. It is also her submission that the complainant is in the habit of seeking
information primarily regarding the School Games Federation of India of which he was
an office bearer at one point of time and that the information sought by him is in regard to
inconsequential issues and it has become increasingly difficult for the CPIO to handle a
flood of RTI applications being filed by him.
DECISION
3. As the requisite reply has already been provided to the complainant, the complaint
has become infructuous and is dismissed.
