Facts

1. On perusal of the documents submitted by the petitioner, it is observed
that he has sought for action taken report on a complaint submitted by another
person. He has alleged that the CPIO has not responded. The petitioner
submitted complaint before the Karnataka Information Commission, which, in
turn, has forwarded the same to this Commission for necessary action.

Decision:

2. An information seeker is expected to ask for information as per section 2(f)
and (j) of the Act, which requires that the information should be available in any
material form.

3. The complainant is accordingly advised to re-submit his RTI application to
the concerned CPIO of the respondent, who may be the custodian of information,
at the earliest for ready reference.
