Facts
Complainant Shri Babboo Chaubey vide his letter dated 25.5.2005 had
filed a complaint before this Commission stating therein that he had requested
CPIO to furnish him information regarding the transfer of Shri V.D. Singh,
Stenographer, Grade-I, IT Department, Basti, and the matters related
therewith.
2. The comments of CPIO were obtained by the Commission in this
regard whereupon Shri P. Ram, CPIO & Dy. Commissioner of Income Tax
(Hq). Admn. O/o the Commissioner of Income Tax, Faizabad, through his
letter dated 27.11.2008 has sent to this Commission, a copy of his letter dated
6.6.2008 addressed to complainant Shri Babboo Chaubey containing point-
wise information on the points raised by him. It would, thus, appear that no
further action is pending at the CPIO’s end.
DECISION
3. The complaint has, thus, no merit and is ordered to be closed.
