Facts
By his letter of 20.2.2008, the appellant had sought certain information in
regard to Khasra No. 68/1 to 68/25 of Gram Sabha Private land in village Pooth
Kalan, New Delhi.
2. Dissatisfied with the information provided to him by the CPIO, he has filed
the present appeal.
3. It is noticed that a similar appeal was filed by the appellant which was
decided by this Commission vide order dated 17.12.2008 in File No.
CIC/WB/A/2008/00410/LS. Further, as per Commission’s records, similar
complaints registered in this Commission vide Complaint Nos.
CIC/WB/C/2008/00012; CIC/WB/C/2008/00013 & CIC/WB/C/2008/00487 were
decided by a consolidated decision dated 27.1.2009.
DECISION
4. As the present appeal relates to the same matter, it is not deemed necessary to
issue notices to the parties. The present appeal is also decided in terms of this
Commission’s decision dated 17.12.2008 passed in File No.
CIC/WB/A/2008/00410/LS.
5. The matter is disposed of subject to the above directions.
