Decision:
1. The complaint was heard in absence of the complainant on 22/2/2010.
2. The CPIO stated that the complainant has repeatedly asked identical
information through different applications. The information has already been
furnished. He also stated that the complainant has grievances regarding service
matters and the case is pending before the Court for adjudication.
3. The CPIO also said that the complainant was mis-using the provisions of
the RTI Act to harass the officials of the respondent. The CPIO has already
provided the information, yet, the complainant has sought for information through
various queries, which relate to an ongoing dispute between the parties. The
respondent has initiated disciplinary action against the appellant. Even though
the matter is pending before the Court for adjudication, the appellant is resorting
to forum hunting for redressal of his grievances.
4. It was, however, agreed during the hearing that the CPIO would suitably
respond again within 10 working days from the date of issue of this decision and

furnish the information asked for by the complainant vide his application dated
31/3/2009.
5. With these remarks, the complaint is disposed of.
