This second-appeal was heard through videoconferencing (VC) on
08.09.2009. Appellant was present at NIC VC facility at Chennai.
Respondents were represented by Shri Alok Saxena, Director and
Smt.Renu Jain, Deputy Secretary & CPIO at Commission’s New Delhi
office, from where the Commission conducted its hearing.
2. Matter in this second-appeal is relating to appellant’s
RTI-application dated 14.04.2009, replied to by the CPIO on 05.05.2009
and by the Appellate Authority on 12.06.2009.
3. After hearing the submissions of both parties, it is directed that
within three weeks of the receipt of this order, CPIO shall provide to
the appellant the relevant paragraph in the Sixth Central Pay
Commission recommendation relating to the subject mentioned in
appellant’s RTI-application along with the portion of the Committee of
Secretaries’ recommendation relating to the above Sixth CPC
paragraph.
4. Appeal disposed of with these directions.
5. Copy of this direction be sent to the parties.
