Facts
By his letter of 19.2.2009, the complainant had requested for information on
07 paras in regard to Yamuna Bio diversity Park, Jharoda Majra, Wazirabad, Delhi.
As he did not receive any response, he has filed the present complaint.
2. The matter was heard on 23.6.2009. The complainant is not present. The
public authority is represented by the officers named above. Shri Dharmsattu
produces a copy of letter dated 23.4.2009 wherein para-wise information has been
provided to the complainant. Shri Nim submits that the matter does not pertain to
the Horticulture Department and the complainant has been informed vide his letter
dated 25.3.2009.
3. It is note worthy that Shri Singh filed the present complaint on 11.4.2009 and
Shri Dharamsattu sent him para-wise response 02 weeks later, that is on 23.4.2009.
The Commission believes that he would have been satisfied and this may, perhaps,
be the reason why he has not appeared before the Commission to present his case.
DECISION
4. In view of the above, the complaint is ordered to be closed.
