CORRIGENDUM
Appellant: Shri Gobind Lal Dureja
Respondents: United India Insurance Co. Ltd.
This has reference to Commission’s Order dated 20.7.2009 in Case No.
CIC/AT/A/2008/01252 in the appeal dated 6.9.2008 filed by Shri Gobind Lal Dureja,
Gurgaon against United India Insurance Co. Ltd.
2. The appellant has brought to the notice of the Commission that certain clerical errors
are appearing in para 7 of the above order dated 20.7.2009.
3. The matter was examined and placed before the Commission. As directed by the
Commissions, the existing para 7 of the above referred order dated 20.7.2009 is hereby
substituted by the following:
“7. The appeal is partly accepted. It is therefore directed that within 3 weeks of
receipt of the order, the CPIO shall disclose the requisite information to the appellant
in respect of Item Nos. 1(i) to (vi), 2(i) to (vi), 3(i) & (ii), 4(i) to (vi), 5(i) & (ii), 6,
7, 13(i), 17 and 18 as indicated above, after obtaining fee and further-fee, if any, under
the Right to Information Act, 2005.”
4. All other terms of the Order will remain unchanged.
