2. After perusing the records, I find that the respondents were right in
declining to answer the appellant’s RTI-queries on the ground of these
being not requests for any specific information which, therefore, did not
qualify to be ‘information’ under Section 2(f) of the RTI-Act.

3. Respondents’ decision is upheld.

4. Appeal closed.
