Facts

:

1. The complainant was heard on 24/2/2010.

2. The complainant stated that he had submitted a complaint regarding
irregularities in supply of LPG cylinders, mainly illegal charges collected by the
Dealers. Through his RTI application, he has sought to know the action taken on
his complaint.

Decision:

3. The CPIO is directed to provide the action taken on the representations
submitted by the complainant, on the basis of available records, within 15
working days from the date of issue of this decision.

4. The complainant is advised to submit a copy of the representation to the
concerned CPIO of the respondent at the earliest, for ready reference.
