2. This case was posted for hearing today through videoconferencing. A
representative of the Appellant and the Respondent were both present in
the Mumbai studio of the NIC. On behalf of the Appellant, it was submitted
that soon after the filing of the second appeal, all the desired information
had been supplied to them and that they had no further desire to pursue
with this case. In view of this, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
