1.

The complainant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
27.10.2008. The complaint is therefore examined on merit.

2. The complainant has alleged that the CPIO has not responded to his
application for information. Hence, this complaint before the Commission.

3. The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for within 15 working
days, failing which penalty would be imposed u/s 20 (1) of the Act.

4. The complainant is advised to submit a copy of the application to the CPIO for
a ready reference. He should ensure that the information asked for are specified as
per section 2 (f) of the Act.

5. The complainant is thus disposed of.
