The appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
23/9/2009. The appeal is therefore examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the CPIO has furnished a point-wise response in respect of the information
asked for, which relate to national awards for outstanding field work in
eradicating un-touchability.
3. Since there is no denial of information and that the appellant did not
appear for personal hearing to indicate as to which information has been refused
to him, this appeal is considered unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
