Facts

:

1. The appellant has submitted two appeals, which are examined together.
Through his RTI applications, the appellant has alleged violation of guidelines of
the respondent in respect of delivery of LPG services by M/s Brij Gas, Hodal,
Dist. Palwal. Being not satisfied with the responses, he has submitted two
separate appeals, which are examined together.

2. Both the parties were heard on 9/11/2009.

3. During the hearing, the details of information asked for and the CPIO’s
responses were discussed. The appellant alleged harassment and black-
marketing of LPG cylinders, by the said dealer. The CPIO has replied to all the
queries made by the appellant. And, there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of
the Act.

Decision:

4. It was agreed during the hearing that the appellant would submit a
comprehensive complaint, indicating the grounds, against the said dealer, which
should be investigated by the respondent within one month from the date of
receipt of the complaint. And accordingly, a suitable response, along with a copy
of the investigation report, should be furnished to the appellant. In particular, the

measures taken by the respondent, to check black-marketing of LPG cylinders,
should be clearly indicated. The parties should co-operate in the matter of
investigation of the complaint.

5. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
