Both the parties were heard on 11/2/2010.
2. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the
CPIO’s response were discussed. It was noted that the CPIO has duly replied,
with which the appellant was not satisfied. It was, however, agreed that the
CPIO will suitably respond again in respect of all the points raised by the
appellant in his RTI application dated 31/1/2009. A suitable reply should be
given within 15 working days from the date of receipt of this decision.
3. The appeal is thus disposed of.
