This matter was heard on 03.06.2009 pursuant to Commission’s
notice dated 04.05.2009. Appellant was absent, when called. Respondents
were present through CPIO.
2. According to appellant’s 2nd-appeal-petition, the only information
which was not provided to him was ‘file noting’. Respondents, however, at
the hearing, agreed to give this information to appellant.
3. Since the respondents are willing to provide the requested
information to appellant, this appeal is closed. CPIO is directed to furnish
the requested information to appellant within 1 week of receipt of this
order.
