Facts
:
1. The case was scheduled for hearing on 1/4/2009. But, the complainant
did not avail of this opportunity.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the complainant, it is observed
that he has asked for information relating to service records of another person.
3. The CPIO has replied and furnished the information on the basis of
available records. Being not satisfied with the response, the appellant has
pleaded for providing complete information.
Decision:
4. As there is no denial of information, the appellant is advised to seek
inspection of relevant records. Upon inspection of records, he may specify the
required information, which may be furnished to him as per the provisions of the
Act.
