1. The appellant was heard on 3/9/2010.
2. The appellant alleged that the CPIO has not complied with the order of the
Appellate Authority dated 7/1/2010. He, therefore, pleaded for providing the
details of registered LPG customers with M/s D.K. Enterprises and pleaded for
full compliance of Appellate Authority order, as mentioned above.
Decision:
3. The CPIO is directed to effectively comply with the order of the Appellate
Authority as above and furnish complete information as asked for by the
appellant vide his RTI application dated 24/11/2009, failing which penalty
proceedings u/s 20(1) of the Act would be initiated. The information should be
furnished within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision.
4. The appellant would also be free to inspect the relevant records so as to
satisfy himself with the availability of the required information.
