1. This case was posted for hearing today. The Complainant has
requested in his letter dated 9 April 2009 that he had since received
satisfactory reply from the Public Authority and that he was no longer
interested in pursuing this case. He has requested the CIC to close the
case. Thus, the case is disposed off as withdrawn.
