Civil Misc. Correction Application No.244090 of 2008.
This is an application praying for correction in the judgement and
order dated 12/9/2008. In paragraph 5 of the correction application
it is stated that the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ
petition without issuing notice to the appellant who was
respondent no.5 in the writ petition. It is stated in the application
that in fact, notices were not issued to the Committee of
Management which was respondent no.4 in the writ petition and
the appellant was represented by the counsel. In the last, but one
paragraph of the judgement the words “Appellant, who was
respondent no.5, in the writ petition” be deleted and substituted by
the words “Committee of Management, who was respondent no.4.”
Correction application is allowed to the above extent.
