Facts
:
1. On perusal of the documents submitted by the complainant, it is observed
that the complainant has grievances regarding release of gas connection and
functioning of L P G distributor, namely Deoria Gas Service. Since there is no
response from the CPIO, the complainant has pleaded for providing complete
information.
Decision:
2. The CPIO is directed to provide the information on the basis of available
records within 30 days from the date of receipt of this decision, failing which
penalty proceedings u/s 20 (1) of the Act would be initiated
4. The complainant is advised to resubmit a copy of his RTI application to the
concerned CPIO for his ready reference. The complaint is thus disposed of.
