Advocate.

The present writ petition has been filed against lodging of First Information
Report relating to Case Crime No. 886 of 2010 under sections 363 & 366 IPC
of Police Station Bhira, district Lakhimpur

The prosecutrix, who is a minor, has yet not been recovered.

We have gone through the contents of the First Information Report. Since the
allegations made in the First Information Report disclose commission of
cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
